River Ridge Sales LLC deals with many different vendors each one having their own policy for returns. All vendors are responsible for manufacturer damages only, any damages incurred during shipping must be handled directly with the freight carrier. If you are not 100% satified, merchandise can be returned for refund within 30-days of purchase. Unless otherwise noted on product page. Products must be returned in original packing. There will be a 20% - 25% restocking fee on all products, per vendors policies. Customer is responsible for shipping costs that will not be refunded. Our Vendors will be responsible for manufacturer damages only, any damages incurred during shipping must be handled directly with freight carrier.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs.
