Clutter Free Kids offers Ground Shipping to an address within the 48 contiguous United States. Some larger items, such as heavy furniture pieces, have a handling fee associated with them. This handling fee is referred to as a Home Delivery Surcharge. You will be contacted via e-mail if a Home Delivery Surcharge pertains to your order, with full details before order is placed.
For orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii- the shipping method must be UPS 2nd Day Air or Postal Service. Before order is placed, you will be notified via e-mail of the cost of shipping.
At this time we do not ship outside the United States.
Many items on our website are shipped directly to you from our manufacturer. This will result in no additional shipping charges to you and should result in no significant delays in receiving your order.
If any item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail of the delay and the item's expected availability date.
If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs and 15% restocking fee.
