SHIPPING DETAILS
Most of our products ship within 5 to 10 days. We keep our customers updated on the shipping status of their order.
Clutter Free Kids offers Ground Shipping to an address within the 48 contiguous United States. Some larger items, such as heavy furniture pieces, have a handling fee associated with them. This handling fee is referred to as a Home Delivery Surcharge. You will be contacted via e-mail if a Home Delivery Surcharge pertains to your order, with full details before order is placed. Larger items are shipped private label freight (not fed ex or ups) due to the size and weight of the units. Contact 919-494-5941 for a shipping quote. Delivery instructions must be followed exactly to insure proper delivery of the unit.
Freight delivery: All items MUST BE INSPECTED before accepting delivery of you product. Please note any damage, shortage or suspected damage on your delivery slip BEFORE signing.
If there is a problem with the product, dealer MUST be contacted within the FIRST 24 hours of receiving the product. Failure to follow these instructions will limit of possibly void all liability to the shipper.

For orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii- the shipping method must be UPS 2nd Day Air or Postal Service. Before order is placed, you will be notified via e-mail of the cost of shipping.
At this time we do not ship outside the United States.
Many items on our website are shipped directly to you from our manufacturer. This will result in no additional shipping charges to you and should result in no significant delays in receiving your order.
If any item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail of the delay and the item's expected availability date.
If you choose to return an item for anything other than damage you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs and 20% - 25% restocking fee, depending on Vendor requirements. Customer is responsible for all shipping.
If item is received damaged, please contact 919-494-5941. Vendor will instruct of how they would like to handle the problem.
